Many business choose to use totes or crates in place of traditional boxes.  Totes/ crates are rented daily, weekly, or monthly.  Office moving totes come with a custom dolly that alloy 4-5 totes to be stacked and pushed (the weekly rental price usually includes the cost of the tote and dolly).  Aside from the ease of use totes have less of an impact on the environment as they are not thrown away at the end of the move (we can provide totes as an option to boxes in your office move quote).

When setting up your office move make sure to check with the origin and destination building managers to clarify the moving policies prior to setting your moving date and selecting your mover.  Many office buildings in Atlanta restrict the days of the week, the hours of the day, and the parts of the building they will allow you to use during the moving process.  Most office spaces in the Atlanta market that are managed by commercial real estate firms will require you the tenant to have your mover provide a certificate of insurance naming the management company and the building owners as additional insured’s prior to allowing the move to begin.
